CAIR annual dinner on Sept. 18

CAIR – The Council on American Islamic Relations will hold its 10th Annual Fundraising Banquet on September 18, 2004 at the Santa Clara Marriott, Santa Clara CA.

Over 800 guests including Muslims from all over the Bay Area, Mosque leaders, elected officials, government officials and interfaith leaders will be in attendance.

Ten years ago, a handful of dedicated Muslims sacrificed their time and money in order to plant the seeds of what they thought would be a beneficial project to defend the image of Islam and the right of Muslims in America.

Today, this project has flourished into a rapidly growing organization, celebrating its 10 year anniversary with 30 chapters across the US and Canada.

CAIR is committed to protecting civil rights and ensuring that our country remains faithful to her values of liberty and justice for all.

Today, as singularly the largest American Muslim advocacy group, CAIR has become the reference point on Islam for public officials, media, the interfaith community, and activists.

Celebrate a decade of service to the Muslim community!
